So I watch Metamorphosis last night and you were right, it was freaking awesome. My friend was all annoyed that Dean punched Sam (in the face, she started freaking out about how Dean was somehow going to "mangle" Sam...). But all in all, it was freaking awesome.

yeah it was pretty intense. i didn't think dean would punch sam, though. that guy that was super hungry looked soo gross too. lol.
